Check out Channel 4’s new show Wedding House.  It starts next Tuesday at 8pm, here’s the trailer.   Def one to watch me thinks.  I’ll be posting up any inspirational ideas and tips that I see on the show, so if you miss it….watch this space.

Here’s a bit about the show….

The show takes a fresh look at everything to do with tying the knot, from the hilariously weird to the tearjerkingly wonderful.

So what’s the twist? A team of experts take over Sundridge Park Manour House to play host to wedding ceremonies for 32 couples – with every moment captured on camera. There’s one condition: once the bride and groom have had a chat about what their dream wedding would entail, they won’t get to see a single thing until they arrive at the venue on their wedding day. From tears of joy to tears of panic – Wedding House will show every emotion in these loved-up couples’ rollercoaster experience.

Tune in to see James and Sam’s wedding on episode one of Wedding House.

Dr James Brown had been together with his partner Sam for two years when they applied to take part in the show. James tells me that whilst growing up, Sam was fascinated by Lewis Carroll’s book, ‘Alice in Wonderland’. “We had literally no idea what to expect and only saw the room, our outfits etc when we turned up on the day. All of our guests dressed up as characters from the book and the whole day was insanely good fun. This was easily the best day of our lives!”
